The following Terms of Service and any other rules posted on our Site (collectively the "TOS") constitute an agreement between TENET ("we", "our", "us") and you, the visitor, governing your access and use of all content and functionalities available at the TENET website and related micro-sites accessed through the URL www.tenetshop.com and related domain names, and any other website or micro-site of TENET (collectively the "Site").
By visiting the Site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the TOS. We may modify the TOS from time to time and your continued use of this Site (or any of our other Sites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified TOS.
Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS, then you must immediately stop using the Site.
TENET Shipping & Payment
Customer service is available 5 days a week Monday-Friday from 10AM to 6PM

Under normal conditions, orders of available stock are shipped within 2 business days of placement. Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays, but for regular ground shipping we will send your order the following business day. If you have requested 2 Day Air or Overnight service, we must receive your order no later than 3pm to be shipped the same day, though we will try to get it out if received before 5pm. Please note that packages will not be delivered on Sunday. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.
Same Day Delivery
If you are located in Southampton and East Hampton, specifically in the zip code 11968 and 11937 respectively, we will provide free same-day delivery between the hours of 10am and 7pm for orders over $100.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or PayPal at this time. As required by law, sales tax of 8.6275% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of New York.
If your shipment is refused and returned to us unopened for any reason, your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs. Should you have an exchange that requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the order.
Domestic Shipping Rates (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
UPS Ground: Free
Orders shipped standard delivery will arrive via UPS ground. Delivery times vary based on location, but should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
UPS 2 Day Air $20
Orders shipped via UPS 2 Day Air will arrive in approximately 2 business days (allow an extra day for some rural locations).
UPS Next Day Air $50
Overnight orders placed by 11 AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day.
International Shipping Rates
DHL (calculated at checkout)
International shipping rates are based on delivery address and package weight. Shipping rates will be calculated in real time upon checkout by DHL.
Returns and Exchanges:
We will refund all merchandise returned within 15 days of your order date. Tags must still be attached and garments must be unworn and undamaged in order to be eligible for a refund. A return label will be included in the order and will be deducted from the refund total. Please insure the value of your goods. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid damaging items.
Items on sale are non-returnable.

Processing Your Return
Once we have received your return, please allow up to one week for us to issue the exchange or refunding your credit card. Your credit card will be refunded when all garments have been determined to be in their original condition. In the event of an exchange, if your desired replacement is not in stock, we will offer you a refund. Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Any difference incurred in an exchange — whether a credit or an amount due — will be placed on the credit card used to pay for the original purchase. All refunds will also be credited to the card used for the original purchase. If your exchange requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the order.
*Items not post marked within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense.
**Please note that purchases made from the website are not returnable or exchangeable at any retailers carrying our goods.

TENET Security & Privacy
Online Ordering is Secure
At TENET, we value our customers and want to make shopping online comfortable and safe. We take precautions to safeguard your financial information.
